RESPONSIBILITIES

• DESIGNING, CODING AND MODIFYING WEBSITES, FROM LAYOUT TO FUNCTION AND ACCORDING TO A CILENT’S SPECIFICATIONS.
• TO CREATE VISUALLY APPEALING SITES THAT FEATURE USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN AND CLEAR NAVIGATION.
• MUST HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF UI, CROSS-BROWSER COMPATIBILITY, GENERAL WEB FUNCTIONS AND STANDARDS.
• PLANNING AND DELIVERING SOFTWARE PLATFORMS
• DEEP EXPERTISE AND HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH WEB APPLICATIONS AND PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES SUCH AS HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY AND API’S.
• STRONG GRASP OF SECURITY PRINCIPLES AND HOW THEY APPLY TO E-COMMERCE APPLICATIONS

A web graphic designer that is highly creative individual who has proven experience combining artistic sensibility and technical skill to support an organization’s diverse design needs. This individual relishes creative challenges, understands and web and digital marketing design to business goals. Creativity and style, and the ability to produce and execute great and challenging digital designs in a fast-paced environment are core skills, brainstorming potential concepts independently and with colleagues. A keen ability to translate targeted messaging, necessary sales and promotional information into strong, clear and concise designs that achieve the goal identified for each assignment, while maintaining the company’s design aesthetic.

Primary Job Specifications & Responsibilities: 
* Conceptualise, propose and execute graceful, unique and effective digital design concepts, solutions and materials that visually engage readers/viewers. Media that includes digital advertisements (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, yahoo, linked etc) incorporate profile, newsletters, brochures, email templates, direct mail/EDM, web banners and web pages.
* Keen eye for typography, layouts, templates and color, clear and concise designs, in line with corporate identity, brand image and colours.
* Strong proofing skills and attention to detail and graphics standards with a high degree of accuracy.
* Meeting deadlines on multiple projects in fast-paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively and co-ordinate with a creative team on A&P, artwork and presentations.
* Ability to self-manage priorities and take ownership of projects
* Steps in and takes initiative for end-to-end results with a strong sense of urgency and follow through.
* Continually seek out new ways to help differentiate us from competitors, i.e., new formats, styles, techniques, perspectives, etc.

*Secondary Job Specifications & Responsibilities: *
* To maintain the office server, router and computer network.
* Able to create, maintain and manage the website

* Able to do Programming knowledge in HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, Illustrator
* Ability to take photograph and video.

* Knows how to use video-editing software and photoshop

* Know FaceBook and Google advertising and put tracking code in it
* To maintain inventory listing of all original software and hardware including peripherals, make recommendation to phase out and purchase new devices to support the IT system.
* To maintain, review and housekeep existing networking and PCs including streamlining and standardizing all users data files and ensuring network, system and file security.

* Well-verse in SEO, SEM & Google Analytics

Requirements: 
* Proven expertise in creating varied design for website, and videos projects and outstanding portfolio in relevant work samples
* 2-3years of experience in graphic design IT Support, Graduate with 2-3 years experience
* Experience in Digital Imaging, Photoshop CS and Anmination
* Programming knowledge in HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, Illustrator
